Flight Radio Telephone Operator Course
For operations in proximity to manned aircraft, having good situational awareness (SA) is essential. Being able to monitor (and transmit) on the relevant VHF frequency can be a massive benefit to your SA and enable communications with Air Traffic Services and manned aircraft.
This course culminates in the issuing of a CAA Flight Radio Telephone Operator Licence which then allows you to use a VHF radio for aviation communications.
